At Millworks, we’re committed to getting your custom creations and ready-to-ship items to you quickly and safely.

Processing Time

• Ready-made items ship within 2 – 4 business days.

• Custom orders typically ship within 7 – 14 business days, depending on project complexity and order volume. We’ll always communicate directly if your order requires additional time.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with tracking provided for all orders.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

• Free shipping may be offered on promotional items or minimum order thresholds.

Local Pickup

• Local pickup may be available at select events or by arrangement. Please inquire before ordering if you're nearby and would prefer to pick up.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and do our best to make it right.
