Millworks’s chief designer, Justin Miller, is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in both industrial safety and cutting-edge technology. Justin has built a successful career as an HSS&E (Health, Safety, Security & Environmental) professional, particularly within the renewable energy sector. Outside of his day job, he’s long nurtured a passion for innovation—working on custom electronics, power systems, and network integration.

Like most innovators, Justin’s journey into 3D printing began as a hands-on solution to a real-world problem. While camping with friends and family, he noticed the growing popularity of Blackstone flat top griddles among RVers. These campers shared a common frustration of cooking on uneven ground and the labor that went into leveling. After a few beers and a long group discussion, Justin sketched out a design for a rugged, adjustable leg-leveling device. With research, trials, and multiple prototypes, the Leg Lever was born. Millworks’ first product has been battle-tested by campers (including Justin himself) for over four years with zero failures.

Today, Justin combines his safety-first mindset with deep technical expertise and creative ingenuity to bring high-quality, problem-solving products to life through 3D printing and sublimation. Whether it’s a custom tool, gift, or graphics-ready tumbler, each item is made with precision, durability, and real-life usability in mind.
